Prior to discovering my role as a hypnotherapist, I held many jobs - salesperson, data analyst, administrator, pizza cook, organic farm hand, radio station manager, academic indexer, sandwich artist... and all the while I was making myself sick. I lived a fun, adventurous, outgoing, and successful life, but my internal world was a mess of guilt, confusion, self-doubt, and toxic memories.
I had no idea that sickness would be the turning point towards finding my calling. And I had no idea how much better life could be after getting rid of all that toxic gunk!

In the first months of the pandemic, I had a little melanoma lesion removed; the doctors told me to watch my skin and go live life. 15 months later I was diagnosed with stage IV malignant metastatic melanoma.
Six months of treatment and intense, life-or-death work later, I attained remission!

I know firsthand how much having your head in the game matters to healing. I know how hard it is to stay determined to heal. I know how little support there can be for the day-to-day work of overcoming the fear, exhaustion, confusion, and pressure of both physical and mental illness.
I have overcome these challenges and I want to help you do the same. My happiness was hard-won, but I did that work in order to be here to assist you.
I'm still here on this planet because I am a servant of life and an enthusiast of living. It is a gift to be able to help others discover their own power and I honor that gift in my practice with playfulness, academic and practical rigor, and my highest personal integrity.

As a Medical Support-Clinical Hypnotherapist with training in analytic, natal, and past-life regression techniques, my education is in the top 5% of all hypnotherapists operating in the US.

My practice is HIPAA-compliant and confidential, held to the standards of the International Board of Hypnotherapy.
