About the Workshop

Trance, also called self-hypnosis, is a state of physical relaxation and heightened mental concentration. Modern scientific research associates trance states with increased neuroplasticity and heightened healing responses throughout the body's systems. Put simply, it's great for us and something all humans ought to be taught to do. 

Trance Class is my new, weekly online workshop teaching the fundamentals of trance focusing on one of its many and varied uses. The class is equal parts theory and practice. First, you'll learn about the nature of trance and the mind, and some of the long and incredible history of this underused skill. Then you'll actually put it into practice - I'll teach you how to enter trance yourself, and how to use a trance state to change your life based on the skill fo the week. 

Trance Class: Relax is exactly what it sounds like: learning to use trance to fully, deeply and truly relax. True relaxation is crucial to healing and a happy life; it's a state that many can't currently access (no, scrolling and watching TV don't count as relaxation!). By using trance you can deliberately shut off the eternal internal monologue, reach peace easily and regularly and begin to re-wire your brain towards a calmer and clearer perspective. 

Each class includes two trance experiences and an opportunity to purchase a supporting audio exclusively available to Trance Class attendees.
